Extra Age Blanc de Blancs, birth of an outstanding Cuvée
On the occasion of 250th birthday of Lanson House, Jean-Paul Gandon, Head Cellars since 1986, had the honor to develop an emblematic Cuvée of Lanson’s unique style since 1760. Naturally, this Cuvée Extra Age Brut is now accompanied by an Extra Age Cuvée Blanc de Blancs, launched in April 2012.
Hidden Treasure at Champagne Alexandre Bonnet
On Thursday, February 9, 2012, a treasure was discovered by workers of the Champagne House Alexandre Bonnet, in the famous Riceys vineyard (South of the Champagne region) while conducting renovations. In all, 497 pieces have been found, totaling nearly 17 kilos of gold, worth over 700,000 euros.
