CHAMPAGNE LANSON UNVEILS LE ROSE CREATION 67
One year after the launch of Black Création, Hervé Dantan revisits Le Rosé as Le Rosé Création. A forerunner in rosé champagne since 1833, Lanson added this cuvée to its range in 1952.
The House's only rosé, Le Rosé Création is distinguished by its elegant new bottle and the exclusive use of rosé reserve wines, Lanson's unique signature in Champagne. This approach gives this cuvée exceptional aromatic depth, combining the elegance, freshness and fruitiness emblematic of the Lanson style.

CUVEE SOUS BOIS
Vinified according to early 20th-century traditional methods, Cuvée Sous Bois 2009 recaptures the character of the Champagnes of yesteryear.
The 2009 vintage is made using grapes from several Grands Crus and Premier Crus: Chardonnay from Chouilly, Vertus and Bisseuil, and Pinot Noir from Mailly and Tours-sur-Marne. Vinification takes place in old Champagne and Burgundy barrels: the wines remain in these barrels for nine months after the harvest, until they are drawn off in July.
After long ageing in the cellars, Cuvée Sous Bois is today a great wine, which fully expresses itself in the glass after a few minutes, and can even be decanted to make its tasting even more exceptional. It's the perfect Champagne to enjoy throughout a meal.
Tasting notes: a deep golden color, a woody nose that gives way to aromas of white flowers, cooked fruit, grilled almonds and spice, an airy balance between freshness and power on the palate, with notes of red fruit.
GUIDE HACHETTE DES VINS 2023
Tsarine Cuvée Premium: a remarkable wine
Blended in thirds, chardonnay, pinot noir and meunier have produced a brut with an invigorating, fine, complex nose, combining brioche and fresh fruit. After a round, ripe-fruit attack, the sharp, mineral finish leaves an impression of elegant uprightness.
Champagne Chanoine Frères: The winemaker
As early as 1730, the Chanoine brothers were digging out their cellar in Épernay. Their house, the second oldest after Ruinart, suffered an eclipse after the war, before being reborn thanks to its integration into the Lanson-BCC Group (1991), which equipped it with a vast, modern, above-ground cellar in Reims. She created the Tsarine brand in memory of Catherine II, a great lover of champagne. Isabelle Tellier has been at the helm of the winery since 2001.

Blanc de Blancs 2017: 90 points
"Light gold color with copper highlights and a pretty mousse. The nose features notes of chalk, fresh citrus, hazelnut and stone fruit. The enveloping taste offers crispness and freshness, aromas of young fruit, a lovely unctuousness with notes of fresh butter, pretty bubbles and a fine length. "
Vintage 2014: 93 points
"Golden color of some depth with small, lively bubbles. The nose shows some maturity and complexity with yeasty notes of dough and brioche, as well as nougat and fruit: ripe citrus, plum and pear. Body and creamy texture supported by fresh acidity, lovely fruitiness combined with buttery, nutty flavors leading to a long finish. "
